Young M.A Tweets Her Thought On The Balance Of Music And R&B

Young M.A has lit a fire on social media with her Tweet about R&B music.
Monday the Brooklyn rapper tweeted “Music don’t feel the same because we barely have R&B, … R&B brung that balance to music.. now everything is leanin one way smh so it gets played out quick! We need R&B for the balance no kap!”
A few R&B artists came out to defend their craft pretty much saying if you can’t find good music then maybe you’re not looking hard enough. Artist 6lack pronounced Black said in a video on Instagram “there is too much good hip hop and R&B out here for y’all to be complaining about what we don’t have, do your searches and find some people that you love”
Tank posted on Instagram with the caption “Tell your mainstream radio stations you want to hear these artists on their stations. Tell the grammys you want to see the r&b awards given out during the main telecast. Tell corporate america you want to see more of these r&b artists sponsored and made brand ambassadors. But do not tell me there’s no r&b out here in these streets! That offends us.. #TheGeneral”
