XBox Live Went Down at the Worst Time

Written by on March 17, 2020

Right now this is the time to be playing games.  To be honest that’s about all you can do.  But what if that was taken away from you too?

Microsoft’s Xbox Live service was down over the weekend. This is no time for shut downs, with the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19. Schools have been canceled and social gatherings are limited to 50 people at one time. Online services like gaming have become a source of entertainment for all ages.

That being said, with all due respect to Microsoft XBox, “Y’all better get it together”! Let this be a lesson to all online services, PlayStation, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Cable TV, Satellite TV, even Pluto TV. Eight weeks is a long time, and how you’re acting now will determine whether or not your subscription will last past that eight weeks.

I believe Xbox Live will learn from this situation, and be fine going forward. At least I hope so
