Wayment… An Entire Country Bans Hip-Hop Culture & Tattoos #Classless

What would you do if the United States government said they are banning ALL hip hop culture and any actors with tattoos from TV or any visual media outlet?  
This is actually happening in China as we speak!
The SAPPRFT (State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of the People’s Republic of China) which is the equivalent to the United States FCC, said that now, “specifically requires that programs should not feature actors with tattoos [or depict] hip hop culture, sub-culture (non-mainstream culture) and dispirited culture (decadent culture).”
They also stated programmes shallow adhere to “four points” because the hip hop culture is vulgar and lacks class.
Absolutely do not use actors whose heart and morality are not aligned with the party and whose morality is not noble.
Absolutely do not use actors who are tasteless, vulgar and obscene.
Absolutely do not use actors whose ideological level is low and have no class.
Absolutely do not use actors with stains, scandals and problematic moral integrity.
Why are they banning hip hop culture and actors with tattoo’s?
Simple, because the culture promotes drugs, misogynistic views, violence, and it lacks morals. Oh, and one of the most known rappers in China PG One allegedly had relations with a “married” woman whose husband is an actor.
Hip hop culture and rappers from that country is fairly new, but what bothers me is how the classify the “culture” and view it as they do #noclass. If hip hop culture is viewed in China this way then how is it viewed in other countries?
