Walmart is being sued for $50 million dollars by one of its employees that survived the deadly mass shooting that killed 6 people November 22nd.

The suit claims the corporation continued to employ the shooter who was also the shift manager and said the signs were there that led to his violent actions that killed 6 people.

The shooter identified as Andre Bing also took his own life.
