United States Postal Service Warning About Christmas Delays

Just days before Christmas, The United States Postal Service is warning about delays. Packages can be tracked online, but some people are claims their packages have made it to the Rochester distribution center or are in transit, but not to their house.
A record number of packages and staffing shortages are to blame. The United States Post Service says Rochester’s processing and distribution centers have experienced mail challenges due to COVID.
