Congratulations to Tyler Perry as he received the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award at the 2021 Oscars. His is speech when accepting the award was priceless. He credited his mother for being the example of what it means to be generous. He also told the story of a woman that had come up to him and how he judged her and how it affected him.
Perry dropped a lot of gems in his acceptance speech. He even touched on refusing hate. And shared the story of the woman he judged but how helping her allowed him to see a different perspective of life by standing in the middle of chaos.
