Two Weeks On A High Fiber Diet Can Change Your Life – Literally

More fiber!

A recent study done by Imperial College and the University of Pittsburgh with a group of 20 African American volunteers and 20 from rural South Africa revealed that a high-fiber diet is better for your colon and can reduce your risk of cancer. 

Twenty Black American volunteers switched to the African diet which is high in fiber for two weeks. The results were less inflammation of the colon and a reduction of cancer markers.

African participants consumed American foods like meats & cheese for two weeks which caused a considerable increase in  the risk of cancer.
