“The Color of Law”

When you hear the phrase “Color of Law” what comes to mind? Is it the thought of unlawful acts perpetrated by cops because of one’s skin color? Or does the word unfairness pop up, in regards to our justice system?

If so, then you’re right on the money. We tend to be unaware of the racial segregation within our communities and neighborhoods. Although we live in a country where racial segregation is not a definite law, it is still present in our daily lives.
