Taraji P. Henson has been engaged to former NFL player Kelvin Hayden since 2018. The engagement began just three years after the two were dating. While things seemed to be going pretty well, fans began wondering if the two were still an item after Henson was seen celebrating her birthday with out Mr. Hayden.
While Taraji didn’t really speak on the status of their relationship at the time despite all the speculation, she is more open now to speaking about it. She has recently confirmed that they are no longer a couple, according to a recent publication by hollywoodunlocked.com .
Taraji, now 50 years old, has appeared on several shows discussing how trauma impacts intimate relationships. As many recall, Taraji just lost a mentor of hers. Director John Singleton passed in April of 2019. She appeared to be taking it very hard.
