Small Florida Town Mistakenly Sells It’s Water Tower

A small town in Florida accidentally sold their water tower in a real estate transaction.

Will a man purchase and Municipal Building underneath the city of Brooksville water tower last year for about $55,000 with plans on turning it into a gym.
When the man went to the county to get a  address for his newly purchased building he was told the building came with the town of Brooksville Water Tower that supplies the towns population of 8,500 people.
The man just returned ownership of the water tower back to the town of Brooksville through a warranty deed back in May.
The town of Brooksville is about 50 miles north of Tampa.
