Rochester’s International Plaza Opens

It’s been years in the making and now it’s finally here! Rochester’s International Plaza opened in hopes that it would uplift the community. The International Plaza, located at 828 N. Clinton Ave., will be open every Sunday from noon to 4 pm through October 16th.
Mayor Malik Evans commented on the event, stating: “It is important to understand that this plaza is safe, there is security here, there are community members here. And there’s a safety committee in this neighborhood that walks this neighborhood to make sure that anybody that comes here in this plaza is safe.”
