RIT Alumni Named Black Engineer Of The Year

Written by on February 28, 2020

We have to give a shout out to a RIT alum who was named black engineer of the year.

Clayton Turner graduated from RIT back in 1990 he’s a NASA Director for the research center. Turner received the honor at BEYA STEM Global Competitive Conference earlier this month.
The conference is to connect students, educators, and STEM professionals together while partnering with local STEM organizations.
Just because we’re coming to the end of  the calendar month of Black history doesn’t mean we have to stop talking about Black excellence and we’re making black history every day of the year.
It’s dope he received his education from a Rochester area college.
