Wake Up Club & Congressman Joseph Morelle (D)

A new study claims the 25th congressional district is the 2nd worst in the country when it comes to the quality of life for African Americans. The 25th congressional district includes the city of Rochester and areas in Monroe County and is represented by Democratic Congressman Joseph Morelle. He stopped by the WDKX Wake-Up Club to talk about the study and let people know what he plans to do about changing that around.
