In particular, The Center For Youth's Extended Host Home Program helps to assist homeless and parenting/pregnant youth between the ages of 16-24 with temporary housing.
There are several reasons why a young person can end up homeless, CFY is asking Rochester area families to take in homeless youth for any length of time between 1-5 months. During this time, social workers will help place youth in permanent homes.
