Photos And Videos Shows People In Wuhan, China Partying Pre-Pandemic Style

It may be me and I may be missing something but these photos and video of a huge water park party in Wuhan, China is a bit strange. Like I said it may be me but how in the world are they coronavirus free?
According to multiple news sources, the photos and videos are real. Soooo, again how are they back to normal? No masks, no social distancing, and no coronavirus. Meanwhile, in America, we are still experiencing this pandemic. Do they have a vaccine in Wuhan that we don’t know about or they are not sharing?
Since May Wuhan, China has had zero new coronavirus cases, or at least that’s what they are reporting. From the looks of things that may very well be true. But how is the world still grappling with the COVID-19 pandemic and they are partying like rockstars in Wuhan which is where it all began.
I’m not a conspiracy theorist but this does not sit well. The video from AFP News shows just how lit it is in Wuhan.
