Person In Truck Drives Through Crowd Of Protestors In Buffalo

Buffalo Police are investigating after a person driving a pickup truck drove through a crowd of protestors. The incident happened Wednesday evening around 8:45 pm in Niagara Square. The diver drove through the crowd and then sped off.
Buffalo police say one person was taken to the hospital for injuries that are not life threating. That person was on a bycicle at the time of the incident. The protest was peaceful up until the truck drove through the crowd.
The protest was for the Breonna Taylor verdict. Only one officer was charged and it was not for the death of Breonna Taylor.
Buffalo Police are investigating and questioning the suspected driver.
