Actor Daniel Kaluuya has won his first Oscar. Named best supporting actor for his role as Black Panther Party Illinois chairman Fred Hampton. The Grammy-winning musician H.E.R. for won best original song for “Fight for You” (from “Judas and the Black Messiah”)
‘Soul’ Best animated feature and best original score “If Anything Happens I Love You”. Tyler Perry is honored with the Oscars’ Hersholt humanitarian award. And, NBA stars Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets and Mike Conley Jr. of the Utah Jazz were among the executive producers for “Two Distant Strangers,” which was awarded the Oscar for Best Short Film (Live Action).
