A financial website called Wall Street 24/7 ranked New York’s 25th congressional district as one of the worst places for African Americans to live.

The report was based off of 2017 census data; how unemployment, home ownership and poverty numbers compared to that of white people in the same district. New York’s 25th congressional district is overseen by Congressman Joe Morelle.

EDIT (8/26/19):

The 25th congressional district includes the city of Rochester and areas in Monroe County and is represented by Democratic Congressman Joseph Morelle. He stopped by the WDKX Wake-Up Club to talk about the study and let people know what he plans to do about changing that around.
