It’s tax season and you already know what that means. A lot of people will be rushing to get their taxes prepared as all W2 forms should have been given out to employees.
I’ve always been one of those people that wait to the last minute to get my taxes done but I think this year and will be proactive and get them done by next week.
Now New York State is allowing people who earns $69,000 or less to be able to file taxes free on the state’s departments free tax assistance website.

Here’s some friendly advice. If some of ya’ll out there are expecting a large tax return be smart with your money and save some.
Also make sure the person that’s preparing your taxes really knows what they’re doing because I’ve heard of stories about people getting hit on the back end for a mess up that was done on their tax returns.
