Effective January 1, 2023, If your monthly income is less than $1563.00 you qualify for full Medicaid – no more Spendown.

If you are a Medicare beneficiary, and your monthly income is less than $2107, then you qualify for the Medicare Savings Program (MSP).

Here are the benefits:

1. The government will pay your Medicare Part B Premium of $164.90 each month.

2. You will automatically receive “Extra Help” which means that the government will pay your Part D deductible and discount your drugs 90% or more.

3. You qualify for a Special Enrollment Period once a quarter: March, June and September if you want to change your plan.
