The independent group of McDonald’s franchises of blaming labor shortages on unemployment benefits.
The same when people can make more money staying at home rather than going into work they’ll stay at home.
And if they won’t be able to find anyone that means they would have to offer higher wages which means things on the menu prices will go up.
A McDonald’s in Florida that struggling to find help is offering a special perk for candidate to come in for an in-person interview and that Park is going to receive a free new crispy chicken sandwich combo meal.
Another Florida McDonald’s location recently offered people $50 just to show up for an interview.
