Mariah Carey Denied ‘Queen Of Christmas’ Trademark

Unfortunately for Mariah Carey, it’s not looking like a jolly holiday for her. The self-proclaimed Queen of Christmas has been denied this title. According to the US Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Carey cannot trademark “Queen of Christmas,” “Princess of Christmas,” or “QOC.” A rep for Carey has not yet publicly responded to the trademark news.
