Kansas City came right back with a Pat Mahones 1yard Touchdown run (KC Leading 7-3) just before the end of the 1st quarter. No score until the middle of the 2nd quarter, San Francisco turnover resulted in a Kansas City 31 yard Field Goal by Harrison Butker. (KC Leading 10-3) San Francisco came right back with Jimmy Garoppolo TD Pass tie the game (10-10), and that’s how the score remained heading into halftime.
The 3rd Quarter was all the San Francisco 49ers scoring with a 41 yard field goal from Robbie Gould. (San Francisco leads 13-10) After a Kansas City turnover, Raheem Mostert scores on a 1 yard TD run to take a (20-10 lead San Francisco). Kansas City started the 4th quarter with another turnover. A 2nd interception for Pat Mahomes and things looking bleak for KC. Until the Chiefs score on a Travis Kelce 1 yard TD catch to bring Kansas City back into the game (20-17 San Francisco) Followed by a 5 yard TD catch from Damien Williams with 2:44 left in the game to give KC (24-20 Lead) after the 49ers turned the ball over of down Damien Willams scored again 28 yard TD run to seal the win. Final score 31-20 Kansas City over San Francisco.
