“I’m A Virgo” Starring Jharrel Jerome Coming Soon To Prime Video

Boots Riley’s “I’m A Virgo” starring Jharrel Jerome just got picked up by Amazon.
The 30 minute series is a coming of age tale about a 13 foot tall Black man growing up in Oakland, California.
Riley wrote the series & will be directing & producing as well, with Michael Ellenberg of Media Res, Tze Chun, and Jerome by his side.
“I’m thrilled to be working with Amazon on this project,” said Riley. “This show will either have me lauded or banned, and as such, I have demanded payment up front.”
