Gyms Across New York State Filed A Class Action Lawsuit

Many New Yorkers across the state have been itching to get back into the gym, me being one of them. We all thought that gyms would’ve been a part of the Finger Lakes region phase 4 reopening.
Gym owners in New York State are now filing a class action case against the state of New York demanding that gyms open back up. World Gym in Rochester is actually apart of the class action lawsuit.
Many businesses have not recovered from the Coronavirus pandemic. If barbershops and hair salons are able to open with new guidelines I don’t see why gyms can’t.
A timeline for the lawsuit is expected to come within the next week.
Movie theaters and malls are also closed.
