Greece Central Schools Security Guard Saves Choking Student

A security guard in the Greece Central Schools is being praised for successfully performing the Heimlich maneuver on a choking student. Security footage shows a student running over to Robin Cooper at Athena High School, Cooper recognizing he was choking and then performing the Heimlich. Security footage dated Feb. 26, 2021. Steve Chatterton, the director of security, says the student’s father consented to him posting the video, but that the student’s name will not be shared.
