Google Pays Tribute to the Late Luther Vandross

Luther Vandross, an eight-time Grammy Award-winning R&B legend was honored by a Google Doodle video that is just in time for what would have been his 70th birthday. Vandross is known for his ‘velvet voice’ and that has left him regarded as one of the greatest soul music singers of all time. His hits are “Never Too Much,” “Here and Now,” “Power of Love/Love Power” and “Don’t Want to Be a Fool,” all of which can be found animated on Google Doodle. Luther Vandross died at 54 in 2005 in Edison N.J. after suffering from complications of a stroke.
