Frontier Communications Could Be Filing For Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

According to news reports last week, executives were advised by creditors to settle out with a deal for a $356 million dollar debt that’s owed by March 1st.
According to Bloomberg news reports, this type of deal most likely comes with filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Frontier total debt is at around $17.5 billion dollars.
The plan for the telecommunications company is to continue to provide quality service Without any interruptions while everything is being worked out. In the past, customers have been critical about Frontier’s internet & phone service.
Frontier employs about 2,250 people in New York State and of that 750 people are employed in the Rochester area.
