Since 1904 Jordan Health has been helping out low-income families with medical care and since then, Jordan Health has expanded all the way out towards Canandaigua, NY.

This week the Anthony L. Jordan Health center has a lot more to offer the residents of Rochester, NY. This Saturday, August 3rd from 12pm until 4pm the Anthony L. Jordan Health Center presents their annual Front Porch Festival. Located at Baden Park, on Upperfalls blvd and Hudson ave, The Front Porch Festival will have plenty of fun for family and friends. This includes FREE FOOD, music, a petting zoo, bounce houses and many more activities.

Also, be sure to check up on your body with blood pressure readings, dental care, HIV testing, mammography screening and more! Again, come to Baden Park this coming up Saturday, August 3rd to support the Front Porch Festival and enjoy yourself while you’re there!
