Eastview Mall Partially Open for Phase 2

Some of the anchor stores at Eastview Mall opened on June 2 in accordance with Governor Andrew Cuomo’s phase 2 re opening plan. While the rest of the mall is still closed due to the the COVID-19 pandemic, certain stores that have external entrances, such as Von Maur, Old Navy and Macys are open for business.
Mall officials have published a re opening guide that can be found here. It contains information like what stores are opening, cleaning and wellness practices and a detailed “best practices” section.
Shoppers can expect to see social distancing signage, mask usage, information from the CDC to remind them about disease control, sanitizing and disinfecting stations, touch-less amenities and spread out seating areas.
Other stores and restaurants inside the mall will not be open for physical shopping, but will continue offer curbside pickup.
