So a Waterloo man travels to the city of Rochester for drugs, tries to run over a police officer and the RPD officer shoots him.
“Slim Shady” Andrew Kappesser, 24, was arrested and will be charged with second-degree attempted aggravated assault on a police officer and second-degree assault.
So who are you going to blame for this incident? I know who.. not city folk.. NOPE!… Not this time.
Funny thing is people come into the city from the burbs quite often for drugs whether using, buying, or selling them oh.. guns too. It’s just not highlighted in mainstream media as much as issues are in the city.
Point of this is to say no one is exempt when it comes to drugs, violence and drugs.
Every time I look at Mr. Kappesser mug shot I hear Eminem’s “Slim Shady”
