‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ Receives 6 Oscar Nominations

Yesterday, the 2023 Oscar nominations were officially announced, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has been nominated in six categories! The six categories include; Best Supporting Actress (Angela Bassett for her role as Queen Ramonda); Best Costume Design (Ruth Carter); Best Makeup and Hairstyling (Camille Friend and Joel Harlow); Best Original Song (“Lift Me Up” Music by Tems, Rihanna, Ryan Coogler and Ludwig Goransson; Lyric by Tems and Ryan Coogler) and Best Visual Effects (Geoffrey Baumann, Craig Hammack, R. Christopher White, and Dan Sudick).
