BET Hip Hop Awards Recap

The BET hip hop awards aired last night I normally don’t watch the BET awards but this year I was tuned Because a hip hop artist from Buffalo named Benny The Butcher was nominated for best lyrics of the year, J Cole actually won that category but it was dope to see Benny get recognized for all the hard work he’s been putting in the last couple of years.
Nelly was given the “I Am Hip Hop icon” award, A lot of people don’t give Nelly the credit he deserves like he didn’t have a long run.
Yung Bleu walked away with best new hip hop artist award and Tyler The Creator won hip hop album of the year.
