Bank Of America is offering some good sounding incentives for black and Hispanic first home buyers.
Bank Of America will be offering zero down payments, and nothing at closing cost these options will be available in selected cities.
People eligibility will be based on monthly rent payments, utility payments and cell phone payments and complete a first time home buyer course.
