Astroworld Lawsuits Combined into One Case

Travis Scott and Live Nation are now facing one giant single lawsuit following the Astroworld Festival tragedy, which left 10 people dead back in November of 2021. According to the court documents that we obtain, at least 387 individual lawsuits that represent nearly 2,800 alleged victims will now be handled by one judge for all pre-trial proceedings, according to the Texas Judicial Panel On Multidistrict Litigation. In these lawsuits, they are seeking billions in total damages and claims that Scott, Live Nation, and other organizers of the event were “legally negligent” in the orchestration of Astroworld.
