Federal aid is available for restaurant and bar owners in New York in a COVID relief package. $28.6 billion is available, and the money is to cover COVID-related losses from this year and last. U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer says hundreds of restaurants in NY are at risk of closure without these funds.
