2 Women Arrested For Passing Funny Money

Two women from the New York City area were arrested in Geneseo for passing along counterfeit money.
Earlier this month, Livingston County sheriff’s got a call about two women passing around fake $100 bills.
After a short investigation, the sheriff’s office found that the women used the fake money in five different stores and attempted to use at several others. The Livingston County sheriff’s were able to get a description of the women and the vehicle that they were driving.
Less than 12 hours later the two women were found and arrested at a gas station in Monroe county.
Both women face multiple felony charges.
