Dream Come True – A Tribe Called Quest Releasing New Album

Yes you read the headline correct. A Tribe Called Quest is releasing one last album! Q-Tip took to social media yesterday to announce the new and final album according to Spin.com.

Although the album does not have a title yet it is scheduled to be released November 11th. The albums inception was fall of last year after ATCQ reunited on The Tonight Show. Q-Tip stated “As we left 30 Rock I felt the need, we all did, to get back to the studio and start that cook up!! SO WE GOT TO IT!!”

With Phife Dawg passing away this year there were some sessions left unfinished but according to Q-Tip they were completed by other members of the group and others that are close to the group like Busta Rhymes.

The album has no title yet.

As a huge fan of ATCQ this moment is truly bitter sweet. #RIPPhife
