Legendary Women’s Basketball Coach Pat Summit Passes Away At 64

Sad news, the winningest coach in D1 history, Pat Summit passed away Tuesday morning at 64.
In 2011 Pat Summit was diagnosed with early-onset dementia and had been battling with Alzheimer’s disease since.
She was the first coach male or female to reach the 1,000 win plateau in college basketball history.
A true inspiration to many Pat Summit may you rest in paradise.
