Cha-Ching!!: Derek Fisher & Ex-Wife Reach Divorce Settlement

When I came across this story all I kept hearing in my head was “B*&#+ you wasn’t with me shooting in the gym.”

The former head coach of the NY Knicks, Derek Fisher, has finally reached a divorce settlement with his ex-wife and mother of his twin boys, Candace Fisher; and let’s just say it was probably cheaper to keep her around.

Apparently, the former Laker served his wife divorce papers after celebrating their 10 year anniversary. I guess Gloria Govan, his current bae, got that good stuff. Well, Fisher and his ex-wife have agreed to the following stipulations. Candace will be receiving a whopping $1.3 million a year along with an extra $15K in child support. Yikes! Let’s see if Gloria will stick around now that her allowance might be cut in half.
