Breaking News: Arrest Made In Homicide On Frost Ave.

Rochester Police have made an arrest in connection to Thursday’s homicide that occurred on Frost Ave according to 13WHAM.com.
38 year old Kareem Singletary has been charged with 2nd degree murder, criminal possession of a weapon and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He is accused of shooting and killing Rochelle DeCruz, 35, in her home around 3:10pm.
Authorities are still investigating.
Rochelle DeCruz was a mother of 5 children.
