Historic Supreme Court Decision To Allow Sports Gambling Nationwide

Get your money ready betting on sporting events is coming to a casino near you.  
The Supreme Court Monday made an historic move and overturned  the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 in favor of New Jersey. This will allow legal gambling on individual sporting events across the country. New Jersey will most likely be the first state to start.
The court ruled 6-3 to strike down act which did have a few exceptions like in Nevada where an individual could place a wager on a single game.
“Congress can regulate sports gambling directly, but if it elects not to do so, each State is free to act on its own,” the court wrote.
This ruling can give states like New York huge tax profits so it won’t be long I’m sure within the nest 3-4 years we will be able to bet on games.
Oh yeah just like the lottery if you win you will have to pay taxes.
