Please join us as we celebrate the life of Gene Lockhart. He meant so much to so many and to the Rochester community. It’s gonna be quite an All DaySunday/Uhuru style celebration, including music, Garth Fagan Dance and more. Colorful will be an understatement! The service is open to the public.
