Man Who Threw Banana Peel At Dave Chappelle Is Suing

The man who threw a banana peel at comedian Dave Chappelle while he was performing on stage is now suing the comedian.
Question and maybe it’s just me but where did this guy get the banana peel??

Christian Englander is the man who threw the banana peel. After he threw the banana peel of course security snatched him up and that is why he is filing the lawsuit. Englander said Chappelle’s bodyguard struck him twice while restraining him.
Chapelle did not want to participate in the prosecution so the charges against Englander were dropped.
Englander is white and stated there was no racial motivation behind him throwing the banana peel at Chappelle. He also didn’t mention the security assaulted him in the original police report.
