O.J. Simpson's "Hypothetical, If I Did It" Interview On Fox

Written by on March 12, 2018

Former NFL star O.J. Simpson was acquitted of the double murder back in October 1995 of Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.
Here it is 2018 and Fox network releases an interview from 2006 with O.J. where he gives an hypothetical account of what happened that night, in which they are calling his true “confession”.
Did he or commit the crime or not isn’t something I can decide, the courts and jury already have no matter how we feel about it. But, could this interview be a real confession from O.J. even if he was asked to describe a “hypothetical” account of what happened?
This was an interview was done back in 2006 to promote his book “If I Did It” where O.J. gives the hypothetical account of the murders so it’s not necessarily new especially if you’ve already read the book you know what to expect.
Fox and other networks at that time declined to air the interview, long story short the project was cancelled. NewsCorp, a Fox sister company, CEO Rupert Murdock said  “I and senior management agree with the American public that this was an ill-considered project. We are sorry for any pain this has caused the families of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown-Simpson.”
Fox also offered the Goldman and Brown families millions to keep them from speaking out against the interview and then told them it will end up somewhere leaked because they have it on tape according to Nicole Brown Simpson’s sister Denise Brown.
Low and behold March 2018 the interview is released.
Is it a true confession when you put everything in perspective or is it for publicity and ratings for Fox Network or could it even be both?
Here are some clips.

Did you watch or read the book?
Do you think this is a real confession from O.J.?
This has to be tough for all of the families involved to move forward because this unfortunately will never go away from the public eye.
