This is why WE need to be at the table when we are re-discovering history.
A group of folks (not us) came up with this reconstructed face of Nefertiti from what they claim is based off of DNA, not history, but DNA and a 3D scan…. #nothereforit #whitewashing
According to this new group of folks (again not us, clearly) this is what Queen Neferneferuaten Nefertiti now looks like.
This sculpture was revealed on the Today Show and is a part of the Travel Channel’s series Expedition Unknown.

Question… In a place where the sun shines a LOT and it is written in hieroglyphics aka history how does one come up with this complexion?
So now you are saying that everything we’ve ever known, clear and concise documented history about Queen Nefertiti is a lie……
Lips were cut off of this piece which is on display at The Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology London.
