Kirk Frost Is Off The Paternity Hook… For Now

Is Kirk Frost the daddy or nah?.. Annnnnd we still don’t have answers from last seasons Love & Hip Hop Atlanta baby mama drama.

Georgia Family court Judge Debrah Turner decided to drop the lawsuit in Kirk Frost’s paternity case. 

Jasmine Washington aka Jasmine Bleu filed a lawsuit back in January to make Mr. Frost submit a paternity test for her son Kannon Mekhi Washington.

Now remember last season on LHHATL there was video of Kirk holding Kannon shortly after he was born and he allegedly was taking care of Jasmine financially.

Let’s get to reason why the judge made the decision to throw out the case because it’s not why you might think.

Apparently, Kirk Frost has been missing in action. Washington and her attorney haven’t been able to serve Mr. Frost with them papers so he hasn’t showed up in court to answer the lawsuit.

What’s next?? That good ole warrant!

Washington and her attorney will be obtaining one to draw Kirk out and make him answer the question we all want know, are you the daddy or nah?
