One teenage girl in Smithfield, North Carolina, was angry for being punished -- and as a result decided to involve the local police.
Sixteen-year-old Jasmyne Keyonia Davis called cops to her home Tuesday after having a fit over her mother confiscating her cell phone and grounding her, reports ABC News.
However, upon their arrival, officers charged Davis for misusing the 911 call system.
Police later took her to the Johnston County Jail, where she is currently under a $2,500 bond.
Davis' court date is set for Aug. 28.
