New York State Police on Monday arrested a Rochester man who allegedly used an unidentified individual's personal credit card information to procure more than $91,000.
Steven Argento, 46, of East Main Street, has been charged with second-degree grand larceny and 19 counts of first-degree identity theft, both felonies. Argento was also charged with 19 counts of unlawful possession of personal identification.
Troopers said the alleged larceny occurred between May and November 2013.
Argento was remanded to the Monroe County Jail and is scheduled to appear in city court Tuesday.
