The man convicted of criminally negligent homicide after driving across a playground in 2011 killing a seven-year-old boy is scheduled to be sentenced today.
James Bradley, 53, was also convicted of assault but acquitted of manslaughter in August.
Police say Bradley was on drugs when he drove his SUV across a Webster Avenue playground in May of 2011, hitting and killing seven-year-old Sahmir Williams and injuring eight-year old Kaili Garcia.
Both were second graders at school 33.
